We have reserved a block of 15 rooms at the Nordic Inn for the nights of the 1st and 2nd. We were given the basic package of $138(+tax) a night (for two people ages 7+). Please call and book a room by November 15th. They can only hold these rooms for a limited time. They have a variety of rooms available so please be specific in your needs and they will work with you to find the best fit. The hotel is located within walking distance to the ski hill and breakfast is included in the room price. Make sure to say that you are with AVSC. This is where the coaches will be staying

We have reserved a block of 30 rooms at the Comfort Inn - Beaver Creek for the night of the 6th. We will drive to Sunlight the morning of the 6th and than head over to Avon after the race. We were given the basic package of $135 per night for rooms with two queen beds. There is an additional resort service fee of $3.75 per room. Please call and book a room by 4:00 PM on January 22nd. They can only hold these rooms for a limited time. Breakfast is included in the room price and their cancellation policy is 14 days in advance. Make sure to say that you are with AVSC. The coaches (Ashley, Willy and Sean) will be staying at the Wine Country Inn in Palisade for Saturday night, March 13th, which is about a 30 minute drive from the resort. All other lodging at or closer to Powderhorn is already booked up. We have blocked 10 additional rooms at the Wine Country Inn under "Aspen Valley Ski Club". All of the rooms are the same- one King sized bed. They will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis, so if you would like to stay there, please call as soon as possible. We were able to get a slight discount of $115/room.

The coaches will be staying at the Breckenridge Mountain Lodge. From the reviews we have found on the web this seems to be a pretty bare bones no frills place but it is right in town. They are holding a few rooms at the Lodge for parents until March 17th.
