AVSC FREESTYLE PROGRAMS |
|
  Team AVSC Freestyle programs focus teaching moguls, aerials, big air, terrain park and half-pipe techniques with an emphasis on safety, fundamental elements, skill development and competition preparation. Athletes build skills in a supportive team-oriented environment and can advance as far as their commitment and ability take them, up to the highest levels of national and international competition.
All Team AVSC Freestyle athletes will learn to set short and long term goals and gain developmental assets including our core values which will help them face any challenges as they grow both on and off the hill.
AVSC understands that if you live downvalley, you may not be able to take advantage of the after-school training the Club provides. The Freestyle coaching staff will work with athletes to make any Freestyle program pricing available on a weekend-only basis. Freestyle Devo Team Punch Passes
Register Now!
Purchasers must already be registered for Freestyle Devo 1 or Devo 2. If you are in Devo 1 and would like to try dryland training or skiing after school, or if you are in Devo 2 and would like to add any additional days to after school skiing, this is truly the gift that gives back to the athlete. Punch passes are good for dryland or after school skiing. Cost is the same before and after the deadline by before the deadline the punch pass is good for 6 sessions and after the deadline the pass is good for 5 sessions.

This comprehensive program allows skiers the chance to develop skills in Moguls, Dual Moguls and Aerials, Terrain Park, Half-Pipe and Big Mountain. Skiers will train and compete in at least one competition for each discipline. USSA license is required. Athletes that have qualified for USASA Nationals, USSA Championship Moguls or Junior Olympics in at least one discipline will be expected to join Freestyle Level 2 for the expanded program.

Freestyle Super Camp at UOP and Mt. Hood

This camp is designed for all ages. All those that want to take advantage of the optimal summer ski camp. Spend 6 days water ramping, then travel (drive) to Hood River Oregon.
DEPART Monday, 7/6, 10:00am Tramp session at AVSC before departure
DEPART UOP Monday 7/13th Travel to Mt Hood, Oregon (12 hr drive)
SKI - Tues 14 19th (ski 6 days)
RETURN to Aspen Tuesday 7/21 around 5pm
